Product patented in the US in 2015. - Contains 20mg of esomeprazole. - Contains 20mg of ranolazine. - Contains 20mg of lansoprazole. - Contains 20mg of omeprazole. - Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor. It works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It is taken with food to reduce symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn and ulcers. It is taken at the same time each day to maintain a consistent level of the medication in the body. It is important to take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor. This medicine is only effective against patients with food PrEP if you are also taking Nexium Control (Nexium) or if you are taking one of the other antibiotics prescribed for PrEP. Do not take more than the recommended dose of this medicine without checking with your doctor if you do not feel better or have not had any changes in your symptoms. This medicine may cause the following serious side effects: headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, and loss of appetite. Do not take esomeprazole if you are also taking the following medications:
Pantoprazole
Rabeprazole
Lansoprazole
Mefloavidol
Alfuzosin
Tacrolimus
Warfarin
Zinc
This medicine is only effective against PrEP if you are also taking Nexium Control or if you have other PrEP medicines in the same pack. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.
Ask your doctor if you are pregnant or if you plan to become pregnant. It is not known if this medicine is being used for other indications.
Some medicines can affect how esomeprazole works. These include:
